Home Insp. + Radon Testing + Sewer Scope
0-2,000 Total Square Foot Condo/Townhome
Service Description
A Home Inspection is a non-invasive visual examination of the accessible areas of a residential property. Designed to identify defects within specific systems and components that are observed and deemed material by the inspector. Areas inspected include Roof, Exterior, Basement, Foundation, Crawlspace, Structure, Heating, Cooling, Plumbing, Electrical, Fireplace, Attic, Insulation, Ventilation, Doors, Windows, and Interior. The EPA recommends that you know what the indoor radon level is in any home you are considering buying. Testing is the only way to find out your home's radon levels. The EPA and the Surgeon General recommend testing all homes below the third floor for radon. Testing is done electronically with results ready within 48 hours. Video inspection of the Main Sewer line of the House you are buying can help identify problems you might otherwise not suspect. Problems with the Main line can be expensive to repair and knowing them during an inspection can help with the purchasing negotiations.
