Testing should be done on the lowest lived-in level of the home. This includes homes with: Crawlspaces, built Slab-On-Grade, With Basements, Without Basements.

Homes should be tested below the 3rd floor. This includes 1st & 2nd floor Condos & Townhouses.

If a Radon Mitigation system is already installed, the home should be tested every 2 years to verify Radon levels have not changed.
