About the Role
Inspector will meet with clients and/or real estate agents to perform scheduled residential home inspections and provide clients and/or real estate agents with an inspection report. Inspector will follow the InterNACHI standards of practice to inspect the roof, exterior, basement, foundation, crawlspace, structure, heating, cooling, plumbing, electrical, fireplace, attic, insulation, ventilation, doors, windows, and interior of the home.
Requirements
Looking for InterNACHI certified professional residential home inspector to help take on extra home inspections when demand is high.
Must have current InterNACHI certification.
Must have own tools and transportation.
Must be able to inspect all areas of a residential home including crawlspaces, attics, and roofs.
InterNACHI certified sewer scope inspector with your own camera is a Plus.
Colorado Licensed Radon Measurement Professional is a plus.
Has Airthings Corentium Pro digital radon monitor is a Plus.
InterNACHI certified radon inspector is a plus.
Experience with Spectora report writing software is a Plus.
A background in Construction is a Plus.
Must be self-motivated with the ability to perform home inspections independently and write reports in a timely manner.
Flexibility to perform inspections any day of the week is a Plus.
Must have E&O insurance.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: 20% of the inspection price while training, then 40% of the inspection price when performing inspections solo. Commission split re-evaluated after 12 inspections.
This is a sub-contract job and candidate will receive a 1099.
