Radon is a Cancer-Causing, radioactive gas. You can't see, smell, or taste it. Radon can be found all over the U.S. Testing is the only way to find out your home's radon levels. The EPA recommends taking steps to lower your levels below 4.0 pCi/L
Testing should be done on the lowest lived-in level of the home. This includes homes with: Crawlspaces, built Slab-On-Grade, With Basements, Without Basements.
Yes homes Without Basements should be tested on the lowest lived-in level too.
Homes should be tested below the 3rd floor. This includes 1st & 2nd floor Condos & Townhouses.
If a Radon Mitigation system is already installed, the home should be tested every 2 years to verify Radon levels have not changed.

It is a non-invasive visual examination of the accessible areas of a residential property. Designed to identify defects within specific systems and components that are observed and deemed material by the inspector. Video inspection of the Main Sewer line of the House you are buying or selling can help identify problems you might otherwise not suspect. Problems with the Main line can be expensive to repair and knowing them during an inspection can help with the purchasing negotiations. Finding Problems before you list can help the selling process move faster.
Thermal Imaging can help to determine areas of concern in a home that might not be noticeable otherwise. Most commonly used to show problems with heat loss or insulation concerns, check for water leaks, and monitor electrical panels and outlets. Thermal imaging can help you track down a problem faster and provide valuable insight.
"Kyle's inspection was very thorough and not only helped me get everything corrected in the home I was going to purchase, but gave me confidence I was purchasing the right home!"
Jodi B, Thornton, CO
"Kyle does a great inspection and the report is beautiful! I now recommend him to all my clients."
Ann T, Realtor, Denver, CO
"Being my first home I had a ton of questions. Kyle was very patient during the entire inspection, answered everything thoroughly and never rushed through something just to get it done. His report was extremely thorough and so helpful in making decisions for how to proceed with my purchase. My broker, who I've known my entire life and who has been in the business over 45 years here in Denver, uses him a lot but Kyle exceeded my expectations for the experience. The whole process was smooth, detailed and friendly. Thank you and I'll see you when I buy my next home!!!"
